Abhijit Das

Abhijit Das is currently working at Fave as a Product Manager, where they lead Product Management, Product Design, Growth, and Product operations for the Fave Consumer Platform. Abhijit joined Fave in April 2021. Abhijit previously worked at Reforge as a Member starting in January 2022. Before that, they were an Organizer at Product Tank Delhi starting in March 2018. Abhijit also served as a Senior Product Manager at a Stealth Startup, focusing on Growth and New Initiatives in the Logistics industry from October 2019 to April 2021. Abhijit co-founded SimpliAxis, a company that aims to standardize classroom study and make quality education accessible. Abhijit served as a Co-Founder at SimpliAxis from November 2018 to December 2020. Abhijit also worked as a Product Manager at Delhivery, where they focused on Strategy in the Logistics industry from February 2018 to October 2019. Abhijit held a Product Management role at Careers360 from February 2016 to February 2018, specifically focusing on Mobile App development. Prior to that, Abhijit had internships at Tata Steel and Procter & Gamble in 2015.

Abhijit Das pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Ajay Binay Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Operation Management and Marketing Management from Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM) from 2014 to 2016. Abhijit also holds several additional certifications, including Advanced Growth Strategy, Experimentation and Testing, Retention and Engagement, Product Leadership, and Product Strategy from Reforge, which were achieved between 2022 and 2023. Abhijit also obtained a Certification in Industrial Safety from OSHA in August 2013. Moreover, Abhijit completed certifications in Data Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and Design Thinking from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF).
