Business Development Manager at Fave

Sarah Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah started their career in 2013 as a Scare Actor for Halloween Horror Night 3 at Universal Studios. In 2015, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Zeno Group, where they focused on social media marketing and content curation.

In 2017, Sarah worked as a Marine Life Educator at Resorts World Sentosa while also juggling part-time roles in recruitment at MyWork Global and Manulife. At MyWork Global, they posted job openings, conducted phone interviews, and liaised with part-time employees. At Manulife, they were involved in recruitment processes, including phone interviews and arranging interview sessions.

Sarah further expanded their skill set in 2018 when they joined Fave as a Brand Ambassador. Their responsibilities included promoting FavePay at various outlets and educating users on its benefits. Sarah also worked as a Business Development Associate, where they sourced potential leads in the F&B industry and pitched FavePay to merchants. Additionally, they played a role in Fave's collaboration with Grab.

In 2019, Sarah continued their journey at Fave, taking on the position of Business Development Executive. Sarah was part of the pioneer team for the Retail category, identifying new business opportunities and refining Fave's products to align with merchant needs. Sarah achieved recognition by ranking in the top 3 for merchant acquisition in the Heartlands Go-Digital program.

Currently, Sarah holds the role of Business Development Manager (F&B) at Fave, focusing on merchant acquisition, account management, and liaising with marketing teams. Sarah is also a pioneer team member for Favepay Later in the Beauty and Retail sectors. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated their adaptability, expertise in business development, and strong communication skills.

Sarah Lim attended Nanyang Polytechnic from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a diploma in Marketing. Following that, they enrolled at the University of London from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Business and Management with a specialization in Human Resources Development.
