Adele Doan

Adele Doan is the Founder of the Blue Ocean Community and a communication expert, currently building a supportive space for Vietnamese remote workers to enhance their career opportunities. They serve as the Community Lead at WorkFlow Space, focusing on networking and collaboration for the startup community, and also hold roles as a Public Speaker and Career Advisor with a strong emphasis on professional development. Previously, they have worked in various recruitment roles, significantly contributing to the growth of teams and initiatives in the IT industry. Adele participates in continuous education in leadership through the IPL Scholarship program.
