John Halliday

John Halliday is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Favor TechConsulting, LLC since April 2020, specializing in Development Production Support. Previously, John served as a Senior Software Engineer at GovernmentCIO, leading Production Support for the FSC in Austin from December 2016 to April 2020.
