Johan Baer is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Lead Designer at Favro since September 2020, Johan has also been the Founder of Det Blir Bra På En Gång AB since August 2014. In addition, Johan holds the position of Art Director at Surfakademin Travels AB and has been a Digital Art Director at Growth Hackers Sthlm since May 2015.
