DevOps Engineer

Looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced AWS developer comfortable with owning hosting backend code on cloud. The role is responsible for ensuring that the cloud architecture is well designed, secure, scalable, and follows best practices, as well as implementing CI/CD and related tooling.

Key Responsibilities Develop serverless design using AWS Lambda and dynamoDB Design & optimize monitoring solutions for AWS infrastructure Develop and maintain incident response plans and participate in incident response activities. Create, maintain, and participate in execution of disaster recovery strategies and plan for AWS Cloud Infrastructure Develop and manage our deployment and security best practices Must Have Skills 5+ years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Hands-on experience in Python. AWS CDK with Typescript; ability to write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to build infrastructure using AWS CDK (TypeScript) Required Skills Understand AWS Well-Architected framework. Experience working in AWS services like EC2, S3, VPC, ECS, EKS, ELB, Secret manager, KMS, IAM, Lambda, Cloud Watch, CloudFront Wider experience with various AWS services Proficient in AWS IAC (CDK or Terraform or CloudFormation) Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
