What do you want to do when you grow up is a drama of a question because:
- there's no structured repository of all existing possibilities to choose from
- it is hard to grasp clearly what doing a certain job actually means
- it is very complex to design a path to build the ideal profile for that job market

We would have loved, as high school students, to have a network of alumni that leveraging on their experience would help figuring this out. 
So we built one.

FAWLTS is a non-governative organization that aims to stimulate the connection and the exchanges between high school students and its alumni, in order to increase awareness about the professional choices they will make.
