Derrek Sypert has extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at FaxBack, Inc. since May 2013, Derrek focuses on Fax over IP, Voice over IP technologies, Windows Operating System networks, SQL Servers, and offers installation and configuration support. Prior to this role, Derrek excelled as a Support Manager at Mainpine Inc. from June 2005 to May 2013 and began a career in sales as an Account Executive at FaxBack, Inc. from 2001 to 2005.
