Jeff Blees

Jeff Blees is an experienced technical professional with a background in providing support and engineering services within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as FaxCore Support at FaxCore, Inc. since October 2018, Jeff expresses enthusiasm for new challenges and skills expansion. Prior to this role, Jeff accumulated extensive experience at Multi-Tech Systems, Inc. from February 1996 to October 2018, holding positions such as Field Application Engineer, Engineering Technician, and Support Technician, where responsibilities included pre-sales support, technical demonstrations, and escalated customer support. Jeff's earlier experience at Astrocom Corporation as a Customer Service Engineer further established strong foundations in production testing, repair supervision, and customer service for various telecommunications equipment. Jeff holds an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from St. Paul Technical College and a high school diploma from Hill Murray High School.
