Scott Coe

Scott Coe is a broker licensed in the State of Oregon.

Scott acquired his Oregon broker license in 2014. He joined the Fay Ranches Family, which is an ideal fit. Scott’s acquired knowledge over the years of his real-life experiences to give expert advice on both selling ranches and buying ranches. His expert knowledge offers sellers and buyers real-world options, from the conversation of wildlife and its habitat to the working side of ranches, from cattle to farming. This allows him to combine his experiences of hunting, land conservation, and cattle and ranch operations into first-hand knowledge for Buyers and Sellers. He is very efficient in listing ranches to represent the history, the wildlife, and the land, which profits the buyers of listed ranches to maximize the resource and preserve these land icons of the American west for future generations. Scott grew up on a cattle and dryland wheat ranch east of Heppner, Oregon. Growing up on a working ranch presented him with real-life experiences that gave him knowledge and awareness of various farming and ranching aspects. During his youth living in rural Eastern Oregon, sports and hunting were his way of life. Many days were filled with sports activities followed by many hours chasing around a bird dog hunting pheasants on the ranch. He attended Heppner High School and graduated in 1993. He went to college at Oregon State University and eventually settled at Eastern Oregon University.
