Mark Lawler

Mark Lawler serves as the Chief Information Officer at Fayetteville Public Works Commission since March 2019, overseeing technology strategy and modernization efforts, including SaaS and cloud operations. Previously, Mark held executive roles at Quark, where responsibilities included managing global IT infrastructure and implementing enterprise solutions. Prior to that, Mark was VP of Information Technology at Groople, Inc., and held positions at Sun Microsystems, Trip.com, and the US Army as a Senior Intelligence Analyst. Mark holds a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
