Dave Kaplan

Dave Kaplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global delivery, professional services, and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Delivery at Faye, Kaplan oversees multiple service teams focused on maximizing the effectiveness of CRM, CX, and ERP applications. Previously, Kaplan held key leadership roles at SurveyMonkey, Nuance Communications, Moxie, Salesforce, Attevo, Allegient, Oracle, and Price Waterhouse, where responsibilities included managing professional services, customer satisfaction, business development, and strategy implementation. Kaplan holds a dual degree in Computer Information Systems and Operations/Logistics from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
