Jeff Rolander

Jeff Rolander has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jeff began their career in 1990 at Sentry Insurance as a Claims Manager, where they were promoted from Unit Manager to Claims Manager. In 2003, they moved to World Access as Claims Manager. In 2006, they became Director of Travel Claims at Mondial Assistance. In 2017, they joined Allianz Global Assistance as Director of Claims, USA, where they were responsible for a team of 150+ handling all claims functions. In 2018, they moved to Allianz Partners as Director of Claims and Assistance, USA, where they were responsible for all claims functions and Emergency Assistance. In 2021, they joined Faye as Vice President of Claims and Director of Claims.

Jeff Rolander obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business between 1984 and 1989.
