Javier Esteban

Javier Esteban has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Técnico de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Norte, where they were responsible for managing and administering human resources, including conducting over 250 personal professional interviews. From 2013 to the present, they worked as a Corredor de Seguros at Esteban Covadonga Correduría de Seguros, providing personalized advice and comprehensive management of insurance policies while collaborating with major insurance companies.

In 2016, Javier joined Bilbao Valley, where they served as Gestion de Talento y Relaciones Empresariales, focusing on fostering entrepreneurial culture among young individuals through workshops, events, and activities. Javier also co-founded and served as CEO of EMERID SYSTEM, a company that developed a NFC-based emergency identification system. It provided instant access to personal, medical, and contact information as well as the exact location, offering adaptability to various products.

Most recently, Javier became a Co-Founder and the COO of fazil pay, a digital wallet and neobank targeting the younger generation. Fazil aims to provide a user-friendly mobile banking experience without fees or conditions, while also promoting environmental sustainability by converting user spending into pro-environment actions.
