Heather Thielking

Heather Thielking has extensive experience in graphic design and creative strategy, currently serving as a Senior Creative Design Strategist at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan since February 2019. Previously, Heather held roles at M3 Group as the Graphic Design Specialist Team Lead, and at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan as a Student Graphic Designer. Early in the career, Heather worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Edge Partnerships and held multiple management positions at Gap Inc./Old Navy, including Senior Merchandise Manager and Service & Training Manager. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel & Textile Design from Michigan State University, and additional education from Lansing Community College.
