Jenna Mignano serves as an Innovation Specialist at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jenna held multiple positions at Michigan Farm Bureau from March 2003 to November 2020, including Manager of Member Communications and Relations, Manager of Member Services, and Member Services Coordinator. Jenna holds a degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications, Marketing, and Business Solutions from Central Michigan University (1998-2002) and is currently furthering education through the MIT Sloan Executive Education program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy (2024 - Present) and Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Jenna completed the LEAD Program in Organizational Leadership at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in late 2017.
