Andy Ma

Andy Ma has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Andy began their career at Inventec Appliances Corp as the Hardware Quality Assurance Department Manager, where they were responsible for the company's products testing program planning, process, and preparing test plans. Andy then moved to Shanghai Prowave Communication Technologies Co. Ltd. as Quality Director, where they led a 30-person team responsible for hardware and software testing on mobile products. In 2010, Andy Ma joined alcatel lucent shanghai bell as a Senior NodeB Intergration & Testing Engineer, where they were responsible for analyzing the certification requirements of products and drafting the certification plan. In 2014, they moved to Jiangsu Join hands Capital Management Co.,Ltd. as an Investment Manager, where they did research in the TMT industry and searched for fast growing and valuable companies. In 2015, they became the Investment Director at Fortune Harvest Capital, where they were in charge of TMT industry growth round investment and led a team researching, sourcing, DD, and investing on several TMT projects. Finally, in 2016, they joined Shanghai Venture Capital Management Co.,Ltd. as Managing Partner, where they raised two Pre-IPO Funds in China and invested in six projects, with three portfolios finishing IPO in the past three years. In 2018, they became the Director at FBG Capital.

Andy Ma has an extensive educational history. Andy earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Fudan University between 2000 and 2004. Andy then went on to complete an MBA in Business Administration from Nanjing University between 2011 and 2014. In 2021, they began pursuing an EMBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and an EMBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, both of which they are expected to complete in 2023.
