F’blue provides the experience and the concept of ‘accessible luxury’ to its customers. Ferace Tekstil is established in 1969, by Mustafa and Mehmet brothers who had been apprentice of Madam Gizilla, the famous ladies tailor in Beyoğlu. Akgül brothers started business as a blue jean manufacturer under the name of AKGUL KOT GIYIM, they were the first among the jean producers.

The company(or Akgül brothers) left jeans production and started to sell retail-fabric till 1990s.
By 1990s, the company started to wholesale trade in fabric along with import and export business.
just before 2000, as second generation partaken in the company, a new insight in denim has been developed due their specialization and focus. Throughout 2000s, the company deepened its skills in marketing and sale; it consolidated its institutional capabilities in business. Over the years, building and improving its understanding of textile business, the company has climbed the steps towards the top of denim league.
2012, the company started to work on the foundation of a brand new collection, namely F’blue in order to enter global market. In 2013, branding F’blue and preparing its collection have been finalized successfully.
