Dr. Christoph Thome, known as Chris, is currently the HR leader for the FC-Gruppe, specializing in personnel, organization, and communication. With nearly a decade of experience in successful corporate management overseeing approximately 1,600 employees and 90 million EUR in revenue, Chris has demonstrated expertise in growth management and crisis navigation. Prior to the FC-Gruppe, they served as a member of the management board and authorized signatory at Genuss & Harmonie from 2013 to 2022, focusing on organizational development, digitalization, and quality management. Chris also has extensive consulting experience, having worked with high-profile clients during their time at KIM Management Consult GmbH from 2006 to 2012. They hold a Doctor's Degree in Economics and an MBA from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Northumbria University.
