Mathias Wael

Mathias Wael is a dedicated football coach and talent developer with extensive experience in youth coaching. Currently serving as the U13 Head Coach at FC Midtjylland since January 2021, Mathias has also held various coaching roles within the academy, including academy coach, assistant coach, and individual development coach. Previous experience includes coaching positions at Guldminen DK, Vejle Boldklub, and SønderjyskE, along with a role as an event creator with Vitamin Well AB. Mathias holds dual bachelor's degrees in education from VIA University College and UC SYD, emphasizing athletic instruction.
