Tommy Jensen

Tommy Jensen has a diverse range of experience in mentorship, coaching, and leadership roles. Currently, as a board member and volunteer mentor at MENTORSHOPPEN since July 2020, Tommy focuses on individual efforts to support young people aged 18-29 while also assisting with social events. In addition, since May 2022, Tommy serves as a talent representative for FCM samfund, delivering motivational talks based on personal experiences. As a potential coach, Tommy helps candidates in the same age group develop their talents and capabilities. Since July 2022, Tommy has held the position of department head at FC Midtjylland and previously served as a security coach at Actief Hartmanns, where responsibilities included providing temporary employment and HR solutions across Europe.
