Patrick Busby has extensive experience in football scouting across three major European leagues: Eredivisie, Bundesliga, and Premier League. They previously served as the Head of Scouting at FC Twente and held scouting positions at several clubs, including Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, FC Groningen, and AFC Ajax. Currently, Patrick is the Director of Football at FC Volendam. Through their career, they have also contributed to talent identification with the U.S. Soccer Federation and worked independently scouting talents in South America.
