David Vaca

David Vaca is a seasoned architectural professional with significant experience in healthcare and educational projects. Currently serving as a Staff Architectural Designer at FCA since February 2019, Vaca has successfully executed over seven healthcare projects, demonstrating extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and enhancing patient experience. Previous roles include Architectural Designer at Array Architects and Architect at Ronald Schmidt & Associates, where Vaca managed comprehensive architectural tasks ranging from site surveying to construction documentation. Earlier experiences as a Junior Architect at Heritage Architecture involved producing construction documents for various projects, and as an Entry Level Architect at John Saracco Architect, Vaca focused on creating digital construction documents and presentations. Vaca holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate in Science from UCNJ Union College of Union County.
