Johan Siegert

Johan Siegert has extensive experience in research and policy within the sectors of care and welfare. Currently serving as Programmamanager for the Onderzoeksprogramma Arbeidsmarkt Zorg en Welzijn (AZW) since January 2018, Johan leads a collaborative program involving nine labor market funds and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, focusing on reliable labor market information. As Onderzoekscoördinator and senior researcher at FCB since 2010, Johan oversees research programs, shares knowledge, and provides advice to social partners. Additional roles include membership on steering and advisory committees for SBB, co-founding a childcare agency, and engaging in policy research at ECORYS and Instituut Sint Marie. Johan holds a Drs/MSc in Sociology from Tilburg University, an MBA focused on 21st-century skills from Open Universiteit, and a BSc in Social Pedagogical Care from Fontys University.
