Shay Decker

Shay Decker is an experienced project manager currently employed at FCBCURE, an IPG Health Company, since November 2020, with previous roles as associate project manager and project coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a marketing operations associate at M Gordon Publishing Group, where engagement activities expanded the PowerAbs Ambassador Program from 30 to 145 affiliates. As campus manager for University Tees, Shay marketed and fulfilled apparel orders for over 30 organizations. In leadership roles at Alpha Xi Delta, Shay served as membership vice president and recruitment director, successfully achieving a recruitment of 77 new members and a retention rate of 75%.
