Mithun Gupta, MBA, is a seasoned professional specializing in customer experience and digital marketing with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Strategist at FCB/SIX since January 2022, Mithun has successfully defined and executed CRM strategies for Mazda Canada Inc. Previously, Mithun worked as a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist at Kia Canada Inc., managing budgets and leading campaigns. With prior roles including Marketing Consultant at Ethnicity Matters and Deputy Brand Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Mithun has demonstrated expertise in brand communication strategies and market research. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
