Leandro Monteiro

Leandro Monteiro has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Leandro is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FCC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AGCO Corporation from 2009 to 2021, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Business Partner for Aftersales - South America, HR Supervisor, HR Specialist, and Sr HR Analyst. Leandro also worked at General Motors as an HR Analyst and HR Business Partner from 2002 to 2009. In addition, they gained experience as an HR Analyst at IFS and TOTVS, and as an HR Analyst at PPG Brasil. Throughout their career, Leandro has been responsible for implementing HR programs, supporting leadership teams, and developing strategies to enhance employee performance, retention, and engagement.

Leandro completed a postgraduate degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at FIA Business School from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, they pursued an extension course in Psychology and at SBDG - Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica de Grupos from 2008 to 2010.

In 2004, Leandro obtained an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Leandro then went on to specialize in Manufacturing Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2005 to 2006.

Leandro's undergraduate education was in Business, which they completed at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 1996 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Leandro has acquired several certifications. These include the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in November 2022 and the Personality & Ability Assessment Course from SHL in May 2023. Leandro also holds a certification as a PDA Analyst from PDA International in January 2022.

Furthermore, Leandro has obtained the Facilitator Certification Process from DDI | Development Dimensions International in May 2017, the PDG - Programa de Desenvolvimento Gerencial from Fundação Dom Cabral in October 2012, and the APG MIDDLE Amana-Key certification from Amana-Key in November 2011.
