Raul Eismann

Raul Eismann possesses extensive experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as Engenharia de Vendas e Projetos at FCC since February 2020, focusing on project development and technological innovations. Previously, Raul worked as Supervisor Técnico at FCC from May 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating external technical assistance and developing innovative projects aimed at optimizing processes. Early career experience includes a role as Analista de laboratório at Vulcabras | Azaleia from November 2000 to April 2011, conducting chemical and physical analyses of inputs and contributing to process improvements in adhesives. Raul holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2021-2023) and a degree in Business Administration from Ulbra (2013-2018).
