Heather Tseng

Heather Tseng (Harelik) is a master’s educated sales and marketing management professional with extensive experience in driving sales and marketing goals. Currently serving as the Affinity Program Marketing & Sales Director at FCCS, Heather has successfully led various marketing initiatives and developed strategic partnerships. Previously, Heather held marketing management roles at SmartCare Family Medical Centers and Kroger, where they achieved significant improvements in patient volume and revenue generation. Heather earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University.
