Scott Binder

Scott Binder is an accomplished executive coach and consultant at FCCS since November 2024, focusing on empowering executive leaders and boards to achieve exceptional results through personalized coaching and leadership mentoring. Prior to this role, Scott served as EVP, Chief Alliance and Administrative Officer, and EVP, Chief Operating Officer at Farm Credit Services of America from January 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading human capital initiatives and collaborating with the CEO and Board on strategic partnerships. Scott's extensive background also includes nine years as President and CEO of FCC Services, Inc., fostering revenue growth and profitability, and significant leadership roles at Comcast that spanned over a decade, overseeing vast operations across multiple states. Scott's career began as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., and Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
