Additionally, they have obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification in Windows 7 from CBT Nuggets in 2015. Mark also has multiple additional certifications, such as ISO 27001 Certified Practitioner, IT Security Fundamentals, Foundation Certificate in Cyber Security, Fundamentals of Commercial & Contract Management, ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Foundation Level, Cyber Security Fundamentals Certificate Pathway, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management, ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Foundation Certificate in Agile, ITIL Certificate in Service Operations, ITIL Foundation, Managing Windows 7, Windows 7 Enterprise Deployment, and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management.
