Jennifer Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at Fulton County Health Center. They have extensive experience in nursing, having served as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and Epic Clinical Analyst at ProMedica from 2004 to 2014. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Nurse Practitioner at both UnitedHealth Group and Wood County Hospital. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Spring Arbor University and a Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the same institution.
