Avinash Kumar

Avinash Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various IT-related roles. Avinash is currently working as the Head of Technical Delivery at FCI CCM since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EPAY Systems from 2013-2023 in different positions, including Service Delivery Manager, Team Manager of Service Delivery, and Technical Support Manager. At EPAY Systems, Avinash demonstrated strong skills in people management, business analysis, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Before EPAY Systems, they worked at Cyber Futuristics as a Technical Sales Specialist, achieving sales goals and resolving operational issues for customers. Avinash also has experience as a Senior Technical Support Officer at HCL Technologies, providing multi-level customer support, bug fixing, and workstation setup. Avinash started their career at IBM as a Customer Care Executive, where they delivered sales presentations, ensured client satisfaction, and addressed profitability issues.

Avinash Kumar completed their GNIIT degree in Computer Software Engineering from NIIT Institute, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they attended St. Paul's Senior Secondary School and completed their XII degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Avinash obtained a certification in SCRUMstudy Agile Master from EXIN in March 2020.
