Tim Smith

Tim Smith began their work experience in 2002 with an internship at Peoria Metro Construction Inc. In 2003, they joined FCI Constructors, Inc. and worked as an Estimator until April 2020. Tim then transitioned to the role of Preconstruction Manager starting in May 2020.

Tim Smith attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Building Construction Management with a focus on Building Construction Technology. In September 2008, they obtained the LEED AP certification from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter.
