Troy Nesheim

Troy Nesheim's work experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at FCI Constructors, Inc. since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Senergy Builders LLC from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for estimating, scheduling, takeoffs, 3D modeling, procurement, and design for affordable Energy Star homes. Before their time at Senergy Builders, they served as a Broker at The Nesheim Group Inc from 2008 to 2015. Troy also worked as an Associate Broker at Centry 21 Homestead from 2003 to 2007. Troy started their career at Rockslide Brew Pub, where they held various roles such as Assistant Manager, Bartender, and Server from 1997 to 2003.

Troy Nesheim attended Colorado Mesa University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. Troy also obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Construction Technology. Throughout their education, their studies focused on construction management, construction technology, and business.
