Suruli Masthan is an experienced tooling and process engineer with a diverse background in the manufacturing of automotive and electronic connectors. Currently employed at FCI Electronics since August 2012, Suruli leads toolmakers and process technicians while overseeing mould maintenance, new mould trials, and qualification processes. Prior experience includes serving as a tooling leader at Mah Sing Group Berhad, where responsibilities encompassed leading toolmakers, mould repair, and troubleshooting, along with a strong foundation in quality control and heat treatment processes. Earlier positions at Foxconn as an assistant tooling engineer and at Promould as a tool maker solidified expertise in mould development and maintenance. Suruli holds a diploma in plastic engineering and technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, and has a strong educational background in science and mathematics from VMHS School.
