Operations Manager at FCI

Amber Farnum has a diverse work history spanning over a decade. Amber began their career as a Desk Receptionist at Sardella Family Dentistry in 2010 and held the position until 2013. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc. for a year. Amber then transitioned to Arby's in 2014 as a Team Member, where they worked until 2015. During the summers of 2015 and 2016, they served as a Server at Palz Tap House and gained experience as a Race Day Intern at Valley Preferred Cycling Center, respectively.

Amber's professional journey continued in 2016 when they joined the Communication Studies Department Office as a Student Employee. Amber held this position until 2017. In the same year, they started gaining experience in their primary field of interest, quality assurance, through an internship at FCI Multiple Services. Amber then progressed to the role of Project Manager in early 2017 and served until early 2018.

In 2018, Amber became an Operations Coordinator at FCI Multiple Services and held the position until August 2019. Amber then advanced to the role of Operations Supervisor, which they held until November 2020. Currently, they are working at FCI Multiple Services as an Operations Manager, a position they have held since November 2020.

Amber Farnum earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Amber attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
