Rob Howe

Rob is a seasoned executive who combines deep finance and strategy experience to fuel exceptional business performance that grows valuations. At FCM, he guides public and private-equity-backed companies in transforming their organizations to enhance financial returns. For one portfolio-company client, Rob drove a 15% reduction in operational costs through leadership of a financial restructuring initiative. Prior to joining FCM, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Excellarate, an IT services company owned by the private equity firm Frontenac. Rob previously spent a decade at Liquidnet, a FinTech trading network backed by TCV and Summit. There, he created the Financial Planning & Analysis function and led new-market entry as Head of Corporate Strategy with the acquisition of Vega-Chi. Rob launched his career with a 10-year stint at GE that culminated in multiple Business Unit CFO roles, including for the Walmart & Sam’s Club credit cards at GE Capital Consumer Finance (now Synchrony). He is a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.
