Tracy Staines

Tracy Staines is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in global human resources. Currently serving as Global Transformation HR Leader and Consultant at FCM, LLC since April 2023, Staines previously held significant roles at Nielsen, including SVP and People Leader for US Operations and People Experience, where leadership encompassed a team of 30 HR Business Partners supporting over 6,500 associates across North America and Latin America. Staines has also served as VP of HRBP for Global Watch Operations and Executive Director for HR in Southeast Asia and the Pacific, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational transformation across diverse regions. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW.
