Rob Brosey

VP, Director, Business Development at FCN Inc.

Rob Brosey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rob started their career in the U.S. Army as an NCOIC, managing multiple veterinary clinics on a global basis. Rob was responsible for budgeting and created custom programs for client records management. Following their military service, they worked as a Systems Development Manager at Merchants & Southern Bank, providing daily support for LAN/WAN networking systems.

In 1994, Rob started their own business, RB PRODUCTIONS, where they served as the owner, graphic designer, webmaster, IT consultant, IT trainer, and technical writer. Rob successfully developed custom graphics, web sites, and training programs, while also implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.

Rob then transitioned to a role as a Computer Science Instructor at Central Texas College, where they developed and taught computer courses.

In 2000, they re-entered the U.S. Army as a Senior Network Administrator, overseeing operations in various technical areas such as Information Management, Security, Systems Administration, Network Operations, and Customer Support. Rob demonstrated expertise in software installation, server setup, and network performance optimization.

From 2004 to 2008, Rob worked as a Senior IT Marketing Specialist at Rome Research Corporation, focusing on DoD IT Proposal Capture Management and Technical Writing. Rob gained extensive experience in government and Department of Defense contracting, implementing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agency Supplements.

Lastly, Rob joined FCN Inc. in 2009, where they served as the VP and Director of Business Development. Rob played a pivotal role in the company's growth from a $100M to a $900M organization. Rob oversaw three main business units and contributed to the overall security program.

Throughout their career, Rob has showcased strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a drive for business growth.

Rob Brosey completed their education at the University of Oklahoma from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Relations. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). Rob also pursued the same field of study at the University of Maryland from 1993 to 1997, resulting in another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in MIS.
