Steven Grabowski has over two decades of experience in proposal management, currently serving as Proposal Manager at FCN Inc. since January 2020, where the focus is on training sales teams in responding to federal proposals across various sectors. Prior to this role, Steven was a Principal Proposal Manager at Broadcom Inc. and CA Technologies, where responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive proposal processes for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Steven's career began as a Proposal Coordinator at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and progressed through various roles, establishing a strong foundation in business through an Associate's degree obtained between 1997 and 1999.
