David Ellis

David Ellis has extensive experience in engineering and technical support roles within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as an E&I Planning Consultant for First Commissioning Services since March 2021. Prior to this, David contributed to bp from May 2017 to March 2021, focusing on turnaround planning and execution for offshore projects. David's tenure at Shell spanned from 1985 to 2017, where a variety of positions were held, including Technical IT Support, Site Instrument Integrity Custodian, and Global JV NON-Operated Production Engineering Support Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of production operations and engineering support across multiple regions. David holds degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering as well as Production Operations, enhancing expertise in operational excellence and business improvement strategies.
