Yee Chan Chen

Yee Chan Chen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Sales Manager and PMS & Podium Product Manager at FCS Computer Systems since November 2015. Prior roles include Assistant Front Office Manager at Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour, where Yee Chan Chen managed the Front Office team to ensure high service standards, and various task force positions in opening new hotels. Yee Chan Chen has demonstrated expertise in training, operations management, and enhancing guest satisfaction through positions such as Horizon Club Manager at Futian Shangri-La Hotel and Rooms Trainer at Traders Hotel Puteri Harbour.
