David Jones II

David Jones II has extensive experience in network operations, technical support, and management. Currently a Network Operations Technician at Franklin Collection Services, Inc. since February 2020, David specializes in troubleshooting network issues and ensuring secure operation for clients. Prior to this role, David served as Assistant Manager at Rent-A-Center, managing account collections and customer service. David's experience also includes ten years in the United States Marine Corps, where duties ranged from operating communication equipment to personnel administration. David holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Programming Technology and Business Administration and Management from Itawamba Community College, along with a high school diploma from Tupelo High School.
