Independent Advice. Better Decisions. Stronger Outcomes.

FD Advisory Group is a founder-led advisory firm helping organisations, investors and governments make confident decisions where energy, infrastructure, sustainability and commercial risk intersect.

Complex projects can lose value long before construction begins. Requirements remain unclear, technical, commercial and sustainability decisions are made separately, and assumptions go unchallenged. FD was established to bring experienced, independent judgement closer to the decisions that shape scope, investment, procurement and delivery.

We work across four connected capability areas: Energy & Power Infrastructure, Infrastructure Due Diligence & Commercial Advisory, Sustainability & Built Environment, and Digital & Process Transformation. One decision, multiple lenses, so clients see the whole picture before committing capital, time and reputation.

Our founders bring senior experience from major hybrid power projects for Australian mining operations, EPC, IPP and PPA procurement, infrastructure business cases, and sustainability leadership on major transport infrastructure including Infrastructure Sustainability and Green Star delivery. Every engagement is led by a founder, with specialist capability added openly where the scope requires it.

We support clients in mining and resources, data centres and critical infrastructure, government and public infrastructure, commercial property and the built environment, and transport and major infrastructure.

Based in Perth, Western Australia. Working with clients across Australia.
