Robert E Marmelstein

Robert Marmelstein has extensive experience in academia and defense, currently serving as a Professor in the Computer Science Department at East Stroudsburg University since 2005, engaging in both undergraduate and graduate education as well as advising multiple graduate theses. As a Partner and Owner of FD SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES LLC since 2006, significant contributions have been made in proposal development and security management, with the firm grossing over $20 million since its inception. Prior to these roles, notable military service includes a retired Lt Colonel position in the United States Air Force, where leadership extended to various R&D and program management roles, culminating in oversight of a 125-person organization with a substantial research budget. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
