Facilities Development Corporation (FDC) is a design/build general contractor and specialized construction company concentrating on work with special security concerns and areas with restricted access. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, FDC has served the U.S Government and commercial clients since 1987 by providing innovative turn-key solutions customized to meet each client’s unique operational and security requirements.


FDC self-performs structural, electrical, telecommunications & mechanical work necessary for a turnkey solution, as well as, the design and installation of electronic security systems.
