Frederic Koeniguer

Frederic Koeniguer has extensive experience in information systems and digital transformation, currently serving as Responsable SI Tirage and Directeur de projet at FDJ - La Française des Jeux since May 2003. In this role, Frederic is instrumental in migrating core business systems to a new generation while fostering team capability in navigating these changes to meet business objectives. Additionally, as Responsable Fronts Digitaux, Frederic led significant web and mobile application development projects to support FDJ's digital acceleration, achieving notable milestones such as tripling budget and staff, enhancing delivery speed, establishing a digital front development center, and implementing agile practices aligning IT and business goals. Prior to FDJ, Frederic worked in various technical and managerial roles at Selisa and the DGA, holding an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers.
