Ghislaine Rabec has over 25 years of experience in management and strategic development across various roles, predominantly at FDJ - Française des jeux since June 2009. Currently serving as Responsable RSE Groupe, Ghislaine leads the Responsible Gaming Strategy for 2020-2025 and oversees the definition of KPIs in Corporate Social Responsibility. Previous positions include Responsable Innovation, Chargée de mission for UEFA EURO 2016, and transformations within the commercial department, showcasing a strong expertise in marketing, communication, and sales. Ghislaine also held significant roles at Yoplait and Nestlé Waters, focusing on sales development, merchandising, and team management. Ghislaine holds a BAC+5 in Management from Paris School of Business.
