Mathilde Houpert

Mathilde Houpert is currently the Chef de projet Service Client at FDJ - La Française des Jeux since January 2023. Previously, Mathilde held several roles at Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services from September 2007 to January 2023, including Responsable Assistance Bénéficiaires, where management of a customer service team was a key responsibility. Mathilde also excelled as Chef de projets marketing, developing new offerings and implementing marketing plans. In earlier roles, Mathilde worked as a Responsable domaine Bénéficiaires focused on the dematerialization of services, and as Chef de projet AMOA, overseeing project planning and user training. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant décisionnel with TMIS Consultants and AUSY, as well as an analyst position at La Poste. Mathilde holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Decision Support from CY Tech, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
